Exchanges due to defect may apply under certain circumstances but are not guaranteed. For example: if said product/merchandise to be exchanged is currently available through our Pop-Up shop, a product/merchandise of equal or lesser value may be offered. However, if product/merchandise is of lesser value- there will be no monitary refund of the dollar amount.   Exchanges are available for consideration in store only. Our $5 shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order weight. Free standard shipping applies with purchases exceeding $50. You can choose to pick up your online order locally in store @ SOLD Realty with no shipping and handling charge.
